This afternoon, it will be fairly sunny, although there will be thicker cloud over the border ridge. A northerly wind will blow in many valleys.

Next evolution
On Sunday, any remaining clouds will quickly clear as the sun comes out. In the afternoon, cumulus clouds will remain harmless.
On Monday, the weather will be sunny at times. Local showers are possible during the afternoon and evening.
On Tuesday, there will be a mix of sun and clouds, with a chance of isolated showers.
The weather is also expected to be fairly good on Wednesday, though not entirely stable. In the latter part of the day, the likelihood of showers will increase slightly. Temperatures will rise gradually.

High-altitude winds will be blowing from the north. A Föhn wind will be blowing on the southern side of the Alps.
The morning will be mainly cloudy with occasional light snowfall. In the afternoon, clear spells will move in from west to east. The remaining snowfall in the north-east is likely to ease off. Cold northerly winds, at times strong.
Mountain weather tomorrow
High-altitude winds will be blowing from the north. A Föhn wind will be blowing on the southern side of the Alps.
In the mountains too, the weather will be sunny to begin with. In the afternoon, some harmless cumulus clouds will form. Temperatures will rise slightly. Northerly winds will ease.
